| This fall, Wayne and Susan would like to present a Seminar Series on Bibical Creation, Geology and Evolution and the Effect this has had on kids, teens/young adults, causing them to be 'Already Gone' from church. Many 20-30+ year olds have left church and aren't bringing their children to church at all Learn how to change this trend and grow our church and better reach the world for Jesus !! |

SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER and SCHOOL BEGINS: The CREATION MUSEUM Trip to the Cincinnati area on Saturday, AUG. 7, 2010 was totally awesome and amazing !!! If you have never been, you need to go SOON !! Check it out by clicking on the link at the top of this page for more INFO. TCC's 5-DAY CLUB(VBS) during the week of JULY 26-30, 2010 was a GREAT SUCCESS !! Cindy Miller was again our teacher this year and did an AWESOME JOB as always! Special thanks to our TCC Summer Missionary also. We had a total of 86 kids for the entire week with a daily average of 17 and a total of 35 registered. The best part was the 10 salvations and 3 rededications ! PRAISE THE LORD !!!!! On SATURDAY, JULY 31, 2010 we had a Watermelon Party for our church & VBS kids and the entire neighborhood !!! Special thanks to all our helpers: Maryann(van driver/helper), Krista & Shawn, Celeste, Dan C, Dave F (Bouncer transport), Lorraine, Don S and several of TCC teens; also to all the families that attended & helped, all those who donated snacks/drinks. Thanks to all who prayed. PRAYER CHANGES THINGS! In August, the kids will begin a study on the "Fruits of the Spirit" each week in Children's Church and will end the last week of September...TAKE TIME TO READ YOUR BIBLE AND PRAY EVERYDAY WITH YOUR CHILDREN...IT'S IMPORTANT TO THEIR SPIRITUAL GROWTH !!!! FAIR OUTREACH: DARKE CO. FAIR AUGUST 20-28, 2010 Child Evangelism Fellowship(CEF) will again have an evangelism tent at the Darke Co. fairgrounds across the aisle and down on the left of 'Abbottsville Monuments' next to the colliseum(just down from the gazebo). If anyone would like to help work in the fair tent: telling stories to children, face painting or giving out balloons, please contact Wayne or Susan Lutz(547-6370) or see the Darke Co. CEF Coordinator, Cindy Miller(548-2330) at our 5-Day Club or call her. **All CEF workers must go through a criminal background check before being allowed to work with children.** The application only takes about 10-15 minutes to fill out. A 'Dress Code' is also required to be followed. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WORK AT THE TENT, PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING FINANCIALLY TO HELD SPREAD THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST TO CHILDREN(and their families). At the 2009 Darke Co.Fair, a 63-year old man came into the tent to look around, after hearing a story being told to children, he prayed to receive Christ as his Savior.
